Mark V. Isola![]() Mark V. Isola received his law degree in 1991 from the University of California at Davis School of Law where he was Executive Editor of the U.C. Davis Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science at Santa Clara University and studied in the Foreign Studies Program in London, England. Mr. Isola previously practiced in the area of Commercial Litigation at the San Jose office of Berliner Cohen and as a bankruptcy attorney at the San Jose firm of Binder & Malter. Mr. Isola represented the Chapter 7 Trustee in In re Rufener Construction, Inc., 53 F.3d 1064 (9th Cir. 1995). He frequently speaks at seminars involving creditors' rights issues, such as foreclosure of real and personal property and collection of judgments. Mr. Isola is a member of the State Bar of California, Santa Clara County Bar Association, Bay Area Bankruptcy Forum, and American Inns of Court, and is on the Board of Directors of the St. Thomas More Society of Santa Clara County.
